Jenesis Aromas provide quality 100% natural soy homemade wax melt products. 


Payment Terms -


Secure payments are required at the time of ordering, we offer serveral methods of payment, including online payment on our shop, cash, bank transfer or we also have a card machine.


Delivery, Returns and Refunds -

We send orders via either Royal Mail or Hermes.

Standard delivery is approximately 2-3 working days. This isn't guaranteed and can take longer due to COVID delays within Royal Mail & Courier Networks.

For Same Day Dispatch, please order before 1PM. During peak periods such as the run up to Christmas and Monday's we can't guarantee orders placed before 1PM will leave same day.


STANDARD DELIVERY (UK) - £2.99

Standard Delivery usually within 2-3 working days within England, Wales or Scotland, from date of dispatch. This isn't guaranteed and around Christmas and with COVID it can take longer than this.


NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK) - £5.99

Next day delivery within England, Wales or Scotland delivered within 1-2 days - Order must be completed by 1pm Monday to Friday for delivery aim for the next working day.


RETURNS

We want you to be happy with our products and feel comfortable with your purchase.

We will gladly accept your return (for any reason) of products purchased directly from us at www.jenesisaromas.co.uk if:

 

  1. First email us within 30 days of delivery at jenesisaromas@outlook.com with your name, order number and reason for your return.
  2. Return the product to us in the exact condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

 

If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e., we accidentally shipped something other than the product that appears in your order confirmation), let us know and we will make it right as quickly as possible.


If the return is due to anything other than our error, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. We cannot supply return shipping labels. We also strongly suggest that you ship via Royal Mail with a tracking number as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit back to us. A re-stocking fee may be applicable.


Once we receive the return and confirm the product meets the above criteria, we will issue a refund for the amount of your purchase.
